Women over 35 with IF results


Hello! I’ve always been someone who loves fasting. I’ve started to notice that the deeper I get into my 30’s (currently 37) my body isn’t responding to it like it once used to. I’ve been faithful to 20:4 or OMAD, occasionally might do 18:6 on the days where my job provides catering for 2 or 3 meals. I recently went plant based and while the water weight went down the scale did not. Trying to find a good balance and I’m noticing a lot of posts on here are folks in their 20s early 30s and most women start to see a dramatic body shift after 35.
