Finished my first week of fasting! Down 3 lbs and feeling like I can keep this up.

This is a 2 week difference! I had a baby 10 months ago and just weaned him, now it's time to look after me again 💪 I've been intermittent fasting 18/6 and strict keto! 14 lbs down in 14 days! Keto on 😉

F/25/5'2'' [258lbs > 157lbs = 101lbs] I've officially lost 100 pounds!

Progress: From 4XL to 2XL on IF and OMAD. I haven't worn a 2XL t-shirt since 2008 and it feels pretty damn good!

Started IF doing 18:6 on August 1st and have progressed to 20:4/21:3. Feeling good

I think that what I used to think was "starvation mode" is really more like "digestion mode."

F/41/5'7 [176 lbs > 143 lbs] started on the 8th of August this year. Today I reached my goal weight by counting calories and dancing 3 times a week. Not sure if I should lower the "bar" and try to lose 10 more or switch to maintainance or even try to build more muscle. Any advice ?

F/27/5’6’’[268>254=14 lbs lost] on the left was 10.15.18 and the right was yesterday! About a Month and 1/2 of weight training and cardio And I’m getting closer to my goals I am no longer looking at the scale because that doesn’t tell the whole story! Happy Friday!

F/32/5’7” [305>203=102lbs lost] 13 months apart. Still a work in progress but it feels like I’m looking at a different person some days.
