43 pounds gone since January 2021. Feeling much better since I started looking at the long term success of lifestyle changes. 30 ish more pounds to go! 🎉 Not many people in my life have noticed or said anything which has brought me to face my own validation issues more - which is good too!

That first world IF problem: when you are easily full and you weirdly, disappointingly, reject the biscuit that you know you would have murdered along with the remainder of its clan in the packet, in your pre IF life.

M/29/6’2 [243lbs > 215lbs = -28lbs] bulked up a little to much under lockdown. Was strong AF, but got to much fat. Think I had like 30+ % bodyfat. This summer I had like 18% give or take. I’m going to but back on about 5-10Lbs now, but more lean gaining. Trying to be at 10% next summer.
