Intermittent fasting isn't a guarantee

Tired of being disgusted by my body (33F, 163 lbs, 5'7). From today (1st of December) I'll be quitting alcohol, starting OMAD and doing 40-60 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. Hoping to fit into a new dress I bought for New Year's Eve. Please wish me luck!

F/28/5’8 [155 > 132 = 23 lbs lost - 4 months] CICO works! Meeting friends I hadn’t seen since my “before” and they didn’t notice my change. Hoping that you all can see it! :)

F/37/4’11” [172lbs>112lbs=60lbs] In the pic below I was 162lbs but my heaviest was 172lbs. I don’t have many pics at my heaviest weight. 7lbs more until goal weight. Thank you everyone for your before/after pics…they have been a huge motivation!

Don’t give up fasting! If you fail, start again the next day. I lost 90lbs. Starting weight-190lbs Current weight-105-107lbs I fast 13,16,18,20 hrs a day. It all depends! I posted before but this will be the last! Hope to motivate others to fast for weight lost and show it really works.

I wanted to share my fasting experience! I lost 90lbs fasting 16-20hrs a day. I was 190lbs and now I’m 105lbs. I went from a size 18 to a size 0-00, xs. I am 5 feet 0. Fasting was the only way I been able to lose weight. I eat a calorie deficit. And I lost the weight in 8 months! I did hiit workouts

F/31/5'8 [215lbs>188lbs = 27lbs] (3 months) NSFW. Down another 7lbs since posting last month (also turned 31, woo!). I started using Supernatural for cardio a few weeks ago & it's been amazing. Feeling great about the steady progress!

M/41/5'4 [270 >155 = 115 lbs] Just thought I'd share this here as well. I did it mainly with Intermittent Fasting with some Periodic prolonged fasts. I had tried the other methods of eat less move more for years and that didn't work for me. :)

M/30/5’8 [271 lbs > 209 lbs = 62 lbs] (8 Months) my phone didn’t recognize me and unlock today. Face gains?

We tend to downplay the role our diet has on our skin! Here’s a different kind of progress pic:)

1 year working out and 16:8 IF. 60 pounds down! (Most in the first 4 months)

I guess I’ll give you guys an update, 11 months into OMAD. SW:415/ CW:325/ GW:265. I started on Jan. 1st. I do OMAD Monday - Friday, and IF 18:6 on weekends.

I deal with trauma from war sober and with exercise now. 118 lbs lost and kept off for quite some time. I do 21 km cardio a day and never lack energy. Studying science. IF can be epic in the life change department. Never been physically healthier at 39.
