f/23/5’9 [275-235=40lbs] (4 years) Wow hard to believe that was 4 years ago! Have gained 20 lbs since spring/summer. Hoping to get back down. My lowest was 215. I’m in a healthy relationship now where I’m more content just hanging out & eating food. Gotta change tho, for my health and self esteem!
