F/33/5'10" [315lbs > 271lbs = 44lbs] (4 years) Thought I'd share some face gains. :) First photo is from 2021 at my absolute heaviest. I didn't think I had any selfies from then (out of shame) but I found one! I got serious about my health in 2023 and I think it shows :)
