Soooo hungry l

I am doing 18:6 (eating between 7 am - 1 pm) today is the 4th day. Also in a calorie deficit of 572, so i am only eating about 1400 calories. 133 pounds, 5'4, female. First two days were a breeze, yesterday and today have been tough. I am so hungry, it's manageable and I've been able to fall asleep but geeeesh. I've done 16:8 before for a month and it was not this hard. Has anyone done IF and tracked calories to a calorie deficit?! Am I not eating enough?
