People who did 18:6 how did it work for you?


Hey everyone! Currently new to intermittent fasting and I’m currently on day 3 doing a 18:6. My eating period is from 12-6PM. I’ve been with my boyfriend for two years and it’s such a happy comfortable relationship for me that I gained quite a bit of weight. When I met him I was 165, and now I’m 193 in the span of two years of being together. It’s not just him though, my mom passed away a couple of months ago which also hit me in the hardest way possible which resulted to overeating my feelings and being depressed. But I know she would want the best for me and to get healthy again. I’m a 5’2 female and ideally would want to get to 120-130s range. I’m also doing a little bit of exercise taking my dog on multiple walks a day and during my eating periods try not to eat anything over 1400 calories. Also just drinking only water and or carbonated water. Anyway, just curious how 18:6 worked for everyone else, and tips and advice would also be appreciated. How much did you lose, etc!
