Alternate Day OMAD, has anyone tried it?

As a 21 year old who is new to fasting the idea of OMAD and ADF has interested me. I’m mainly looking into to fasting for the fat loss benefits. I’m 231lbs looking to get down to 140lbs. My main concern is the sustainability and impact on my sleep and energy. I usually like to get in about 10k steps per day and some strength training as well. I try to watch my carb intake as well due to my PCOS symptoms. When I don’t eat for a while I tend to feel dizzy, stomach rumbling, and mild headaches. Is there anyway to combat this? Or is fasting simply not for me? I’m considering Alternate Day OMAD, where one day I’m doing 16:8, and the next day I eat one meal in the evening. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/VnFEjXM https://ift.tt/BN0LsYZ
