OMAD Protein


Hello everyone!I used to follow OMAD consistently, but anxiety and depression hit me hard and I stepped away from it for a while. Now I’m getting back on track and doing my best to stay focused.Lately I’ve been reading and watching videos online, and it seems like I might need to increase my protein intake. I’m currently 235 lbs, and many sources say you should aim for around 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight — which is… a lot šŸ‘€.I also keep hearing that higher protein is important to prevent muscle loss, and now I’m wondering if what I was doing before wasn’t enough. I’m more concerned about maintaining muscle this time around.If anyone has experience with OMAD, protein goals, or balancing fasting with muscle preservation, I’d really appreciate any advice.
