Fasting advice requested


Fasting HelpHello, I’m looking for some advice about my situation and intermittent fasting.I’m a 40‑year‑old woman, 5’3”, currently weighing 111.58 kg, and I’d like to work toward a much healthier weight.I’ve done intermittent fasting before, long before I had my son (who is now three). Back then I was able to walk and swim regularly.Since then, I’ve been diagnosed with:• Chronic pain• Chronic fatigue• Arthritis in my knees (I cannot walk long distances)My sleep is heavily affected due to pain and a toddler. I am as active as I can be with my limitations, I am looking for ways to reduce weight and inflammation. Currently swimming is not an option and walking for more than ten minutes results in a lot of pain.I take several pain medications four times a day, and most of them need to be taken with food.I think I can adjust the timing so I take them within a five‑hour eating window, with four hours between each dose. My idea is to have lunch at 1 pm and dinner at 6 pm.Is this feasible?
