Has anyone trained their brain to work like you’re on GLP-1 (but you aren’t) are there any tricks to constantly not think about food? Does it get better if you wait it out. I’m on my first month of doing IF and eating small portions, and it’s driving my brain crazy.

I have the constant urge to eat something, and yes i understand that most of the time im. It hungry. I just want to eat even after im done with my meals. I’m not sure when this “urge to eat” will go away and I will feel satiated. I have gained Allan’s lost weight once before in my 30s but it’s a whole different game in the 40s 🥴 currently I’m doing 16/8 but earlier I have done 18/6 and even 20/4 ..But why am i struggling so much with 16:8 via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/4G7ndeR https://ift.tt/ePVczyE
