M/26/6’5” [290–265 lbs] (2018–2026) I started around 290–300 lbs in 2018. Over about 3 to 5 months, I dropped roughly 53 lbs, hitting a low of 235 lbs by 2020. After that, from 2020 to now, the weight slowly climbed back up to about 265, but it wasn’t fat gain I kept building muscle.
