When to take a break


I’m in college currently and i’ve been doing one meal a day for a little while but now I’m in finals week and I have been feeling so exhausted and generally sluggish for this whole week. I have been considering breaking my fast until finals are over in hopes to get my energy back but i’m not sure if breaking my fast would be the best option for me as I don’t feel hungry just lacking energy. I have been getting enough sleep with about 7 hours a day so I’m assuming that’s not the issue.
