Stagnant weight!!

Hello everyone!So i have been following IF for around 3 months now. Ive lost around 4.5 kgs till now. I know its a slow progress but it also maybe because i haven’t been training or exercising, just keeping a check on my diet and trying to achieve atleast 7-8k steps per day.I check my weight every week and for the past two weeks, my weight is the same!
