Joined a weight lost contest - First picture 1/31/22 at 204 lbs. Current picture 3/26/22 at 186 lbs. But only started fasting less than 4 weeks ago (16:8) and that’s when I really saw the weight drop off.

F/37/5’8 [256 lbs > 170 lbs] (21 months) most of the weight was off the first year. I was 30 lbs lighter than this when I ran marathons but got seriously into ballet a year ago and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.
