[21m] Here's what an 18/6 routine can do. Started fasting about a year ago and now I'm about to start regularly working out at the gym. I feel better than I ever have.

F/26/5’3” [290lbs>157lbs =132lbs] It’s my one year weight loss anniversary! So proud of myself! Still have a few pounds to go!CICO has been my rock through this journey. Went from a size 20/22 to size 11 pants(I haven’t tried size 10 yet) and went from 2x/3x shirt to a medium. Stay motivated!

F/32/5'4" [208 > 203 = 5lbs] (27 days) -1.2% body fat. This is from weightlifting 6 days/wk, walking 1+ miles per day, and CICO. Looking forward to seeing my progress at the end of February!

I struggle to see change in myself but my new ID picture showed it to me! Made some life changes and I'm finally able to cut out those late night snacks that I craved.

So I decided to switch from just walking on the treadmill for an hour to weight training. Picture on the left was my last day at the gym last June. Picture on the right was today. Got back into the gym a couple weeks ago and can already notice changes.

I posted a little over a week ago about insecurities with my thighs. I took advice, started ADF and added exercise. I'm honestly stunned at the difference in such a short time. I keep taking pictures bc I don't believe it. Is this actually possible or have I gained weight back?!?

Everyone has always said I have a baby face, so I didn’t expect to have any face gains. Just made this side by side and I’m pleasantly surprised that my face has changed. 20 lbs down!!!

M/27/5’10 [202>164=38 LBs lost] (11 months) almost at a year now, can’t believe the progress when I compare the 2. The first 30 came off very fast, the last 10ish have been the slowest but most rewarding.

Hey so i started IF this new year. And today marked my 22nd day of IF . I am just doing IF and not working out or anything. I have lost 2.5 kgs. Is this good? What workout should i start with?
