Arent you fasting too much?. Seems that this is the way this sub is going

Reading the blog of Eat Stop Eat author (btw does anyone here follow weekly fasting?) And face this terrific texthttps://bradpilon.com/home-page-featured-post/fasting-for-weight-loss-setting-the-record-straight/What Brad Pilon is saying that IF should be in fact INTERMITTENT. And i sadly agree with him seeing that people here is doing schedules like 23:1 and eating very few calories too, or following keto dogmas as a second coming of Jesus Christ. Fasting is a form of stressor to the body, and dieting too (said by him). I agree with him that maybe fasting can be a victim of compulsive disorder too, seeing what people are doing. The only types of fast that i can see taking it to life are 12-16 daily and 24h once a week.Arent you fasting too much? via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2lO3rvf https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
