F/28/5’6” [192 > 147 = 45 pounds] about 4 months difference. Seeing that pic made me wake up out of my fog of denial. I decided I didn’t want to spend the rest of my 20s insecure and hating what I saw in the mirror. Today, I feel incredible. 💜
