So I bought buffalo sauce for chicken rice bowl meal prep (I put one tablespoon per container) and I liked how the sauce had no sugar low in carbs and the sodium is ok. But she told me it was bad for me because it’s acidic, is she right Ive looked it up but I don’t see much bad talk about it
