F/22/5’4” [310 lbs > 232 lbs] GW: 170 lbs. Tysm to everyone who commented on my back rolls post! Being a bit more vulnerable & open with this post about my body, I’m seeking advice on workouts/exercises I can do to “fix” my body before I go down the surgery route. Any advice is great & helpful!
