Where is the post about supplementation of electrolytes during fast?

This is probably annoying, im sorry! Can anyone direct me to the page on here with information about how to take electrolytes correctly on an empty stomach? I saw that if you put salts in a capsule and it dissolves, it can burn a hole in your stomach lining, but I forget the proper way to do it. I know I read it on here somewhere but can't find it now.
