But now I’m thinking if there are other healthier ways. For lunch, I have chicken and brown rice or chicken and whole wheat pasta
And dinner was meat, veggie and potato. Is there something else I can have instead of the potato? To fill me up.
I need to lose weight and I don’t want to pay for WW again.
