Has anyone ever had the sprouts miso salmon? I never had salmon before and I hated the way fish tasted but I don’t know how to explain it but this dish converted me to loving salmon!

Is there any good healthy miso salmon recipes anyone can recommend to make at home? I look online but I don’t know which would be good.
