M/32/6'0" [135lbs > 178lbs = 43lbs gained] 10 years. So I know this is such a long time, and this isn't as crazy as a lot of transformation posts, but I wanted to remind myself that that skinny kid that wanted to look like his biggest hero- Captain America- made some real progress!
