Has anyone lost weight from IF alone?

Meaning, no calorie restriction, no additional exercise, no low-carb or other dietary adjustments.Just plain old-fashioned Intermittent Fasting? I'm doing 7pm-12noon each day and eating 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner).
