Do other women find some days are harder to fast as you’re more hungry?

Some days are so easy to fast and then other days I have a ravenous hunger. Do any other women feel this way? It’s really hard to be self controlled when I have days that I’m so hungry even if I had a lot of protein the last time I ate. Those days I feel like crying from hunger and I’m not some one who really ever cries. But some days I’m that hungry. Im wondering if this a hormone thing?
