Do you live your life normally during a fast?


Meaning, do you go to work or WFH? Do you workout? Run errands? Etc. Or just try to stay at home in hibernation mode? I'm considering starting 5-2 intermittent fasting but there are still a few questions like, What do you eat after a fast?Do you train?Do you get headaches?
