16:8 + Walking

I used to do really intense workouts like Caroline Girvan on YouTube and saw great results. Right now though, I’m not ready to go back to that level. I’m not trying to get big or build muscle, I just want to lose fat.I know the key is being in a caloric deficit, which I am, and I’m trying 16:8 intermittent fasting to help with that. I’m thinking about walking 10,000 steps a day, maybe more if I can manage.Does this actually work for fat loss? I want to lose around 13 kg. For those of you who have tried low-impact exercise with intermittent fasting, how did it go? Any tips or things I should know?
