Can I fast only on the weekdays and see results?


I’ve just started 16:8. Starting my eating window at 12pm and closing it at 8. and it’s been super easy for me to fast on the weekdays due to me working anyways so I’ve had work to distract me until my lunch break which is usually either 12 or 1pm. On the weekends I’m finding it hard to distract myself. I have a 14 month old bub so I’m usually up at 7am and the weekend I don’t work so I’m making her breakfast… thinking of the food and have nothing to distract myself with.Can I still see weight loss results with fewer hours of fasting on the weekend? via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/psNXKu8 https://ift.tt/192sBEU
