IF for years and now struggling

I’m 32F, active lifestyle. I’m 5’3” and my lowest weight was 115 lbs with a lot of muscle. My body seems to prefer the 120 lbs which I am happy with. I have been IF for approximately 4 years and it gave me the healthiest body I have ever had. But now everything is going haywire. I did go a little too hard on the IF maybe, doing 20/4, not quite OMAD but close. I’m recently learning about women’s hormone disruption when doing IF too hardcore and am wondering if that’s what’s going on. I am gaining weight (up to 125 now with fat deposits in places I never had before), energy is down, bloating is seemingly constant, and I feel like I am always wanting food. It seems like I don’t get full cues anymore at all. My diet is pretty clean compared to most Americans (omnivore, whole foods mostly, no seed oils, organic always, etc.) but I feel like I’m constantly hungry even if I physically feel full. My energy is in the dumps and fluctuates through the month (again, hormones?). Any insight anyone has would be really helpful; links, blogs, studies, anything. I do not have health insurance therefore I cannot afford to go to a medical doctor for this. They would probably tell me everything is normal anyway. Thanks! For the record I am NOT perimenopausal. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/Hz952tZ https://ift.tt/yhXNtPd
