Can’t stop eating sugar


I have a huge sweet tooth which throws off both my IF and my weight loss goals. I know I could just tell myself not to eat it and not to buy anything with it, but eventually the food noise takes over. I know if I can get through a few weeks without it, my cravings will decrease.
