I got good news today, and I owe it to this sub.

F/35/5'8"[440 > 250 = 190 pounds] (Over a period of 3 years, seriously recommitted 9 months ago - calorie counting & exercise, no surgery) Today I sent off my cheek swab sample for the bone marrow donor registry. My Dad died of leukemia, and I wanted this first goal to be in honor of his fight.

Eating Out Is Hard

This is not what I was expecting when I decided to try a diet!

In case you wanted to scratch that pop itch, this stuff tastes like A&W Cream Soda! I'm transitioning to Seltzer water, so the basic taste was a little strong. I added 2 truvia packets and I swear it tastes exactly like cream soda.

Completed my first 24 hour fast! 😱

It’s not much but about 2 months IF and 3 days in to a 5 day fast. Wish I had a better before photo. Also I apologize they are reversed. Swimsuit should be on the left. Lol. Lose weight. Not gain. 😬

Dinner: millet/quinoa/chia/sesame burger with broccoli and whole grain yamani rice. Raspberries and red pear for dessert. About 292 calories. It was so GOOD https://ift.tt/2Nx538J

6 Weeks Ago, I was over 200 lbs for the first time in my life. Today, I’m closing in on 190.
