Even if you don’t fast long enough, IF leads to good habits.

A lot can change in 5 weeks! Don’t give up!

Only two meals a day. One at 9-10 AM, one at 6PM. Previous: 264, current: 155, goal: 150?. Walking = cardio. Weight lift: arms & shoulders, chest and back, legs. Avoided carbs for the first year, currently follow Stan efferdings diet with a 6 hour feeding window. Full Transformation time= 2 years

32 F 394-246ish, stalling and going through body recomposition but so happy and proud of myself.

Mostly 18:6, cut out alcohol & most sugar.

Fasting is the way to go!!! Two weeks down and I have lost 8 pounds!!!!. I can’t wait to see where I’ll be in another two weeks and even beyond that!🙌🏽😁
