M/32/177cm [106.4kg > 76kg = 30.4kg] (9 months) teared up when I saw 70s on the scale for the first time in my life. The great lock in paid off 😮‍💨

M/32/5’8 [220lbs > 183lbs = 37lbs] 4 months. Midcut check-in.

Does Intermittent Fasting work because you consume less calories or because of ketosis?
