F/21/5'1" [170lbs > 148lbs = 22 lbs] (3.5 months) Finally hit my first goal of 20lbs! Only 23 more lbs to go! :)

Day 1 of 1st 3 Day Fast

F/22/5’2” [164 > 139 = 25lbs] Left taken on 02/13/18, right taken today (2.5 months). Health complications lead to weight loss and ultimately a healthier lifestyle.

I feel so bad for people who don’t know...:

F/23/5'7" [164lbs > 156lbs = 8 lbs] One month progress. I never would have guessed I looked any different from the beginning of the month if I hadn't decided to take some progress pics today to keep myself motivated. Every little bit of progress counts, even when it feels slow!

I'm no expert, but here are a few of my unconventional tricks for when I get distracted.

M/27/6' [184 lbs > 167 lbs = 17 lbs] (14 weeks) Finished up this year's weight loss cycle and had great success! Intermittent fasting and calorie control

I don't remember the last time I ate.

Breakfast myth?

F/24/5’7” [179 > 158 = 21lbs] Abs finally coming through! CICO and lifting, ~4 months

F/25/5’7” [205 > 183 = 22lbs] face gains, still want to lose 25+ lbs

F/23/5'10" [200>151] gonna be much more confident in a bikini this summer

Need feedback. Anyone who has lost 10-15 lbs on a small frame? Progress seems slooow.

How long IF at week? I’m confused, to many different opinions

I realized about 2 months in that I was accidentally doing intermittent fasting due to my work schedule. Down 15 pounds!
