M/21/6’3” [320lbs > 193lbs = 127lbs] Originally started at 360 but was too embarrassed then to take a picture. Done in around 18 months to lose this weight and gain muscle. Struggled with self confidence my whole life, now sort of kind of proud of what I look like! Never satisfied and keep striving.

M/25/6’4 [470lbs > 270lbs = 200lbs] I’ve lost 200lbs! Woooooooh! 200 Guinea Pigs, 100 can of beans, 40 bags of potatoes, or 1 Hugh Jackman . Yes!!!!

Omitting sugar for 6 months, started January 2018 at 230 lbs 5’5 but gained some back over the year. Starting again today at 165 5’6 (75 pounds in 13 months), i hope to reach my goal of around 130 by the end of the summer. Wish me luck
