F/30/5’2 [197ish > 146 lbs = 51 lbs] (1 year) found a balance in life, kicked some 2020 weight and then a little extra. I just feel so damn good. I don’t know what I weighed here; I quit weighing when I got close to 200 and for me, that was helpful.

Finally hit 178lbs! Haven’t seen that in a long time!! Started at 220 but maintained for a while at 185.

Something beneficial that I've noticed almost a month into IF/OMAD that I haven't seen mentioned here yet...

Ugh… so I’ve been doing OMAD for a few weeks, I’ve shed the water weight and have definitely dropped lbs. I weigh daily. Today I’m 5 lbs up?? Either I am bloating like crazy or my scale is a filthy liar.

F/29/5'7" [339lbs > 189lbs = 150lbs] Celebrating 150 lbs lost in just over 2 years! Now getting uncomfortable and training on the treadmill for my 1st race (5k color run) I eat a keto diet and fast daily. I am a different person both inside/out. So happy to be at my healthiest and feeling my best!

Reverse seared some lamb shoulder and made some tomato sauce pasta to go along with it. Talk about a Friday meal 😋😋

Daily Fasting Check-in!

F/20/5’3 [205 lbs > 135 lbs = 70lbs] (13 months) running 3 miles a day and calorie counting is what helped me on my weight loss journey!!

-90lbs in 5 months. Jogging 5 days a week, good amount of fasting (several 7 day fasts) along with IF/ADF/Keto. If I can do it, so can you!
