F/22/5'3" [176 > 148 = 28lbs] (5 months) Back progress. My first ever progress picture. Gained almost 20lbs in 2-3 months after starting meds for anxiety and depression. Off meds and so much happier thanks to keto, IF, and weight lifting. Still a work in progress, but self-love is the ultimate goal.

F/24/5’9” [95kg (200lbs ish) > 84kg (185lbs) = 11kgs (25lbs) ] (3 months) Getting there slowly!!
